• Card content — the messages, names, transcripts, and videos contributed to cards you create or contribute to.
• Usage data — basic, aggregated analytics to improve the product.

How contributions stay private

Contributors write privately and cannot see one another’s messages. Organizers can see how many people have contributed but not the contents until the card is locked or delivered. Recipients receive the full card when it is shared with them.

Video & transcription

Video messages are stored to power playback and are transcribed so the text can be preserved in the keepsake and PDF. Free-tier videos may be retained for a limited period.

How we use information

• To create, deliver, and preserve cards and keepsakes.
• To maintain your account and process payments.
