By using Cheerfold you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Using the service

Cheerfold lets you create group cards, collect written and video messages, and deliver a flip-book keepsake and PDF. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

Accounts & payments

Creating a card requires an organizer account. Paid and Keepsake tiers are one-time charges per card. Except where required by law or covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, payments are non-refundable.

Your content

You and your contributors retain ownership of the messages and videos you submit. You grant us a limited license to store, process, transcribe, and display that content solely to provide the service (creating and delivering the card and keepsake).

Acceptable use

• Do not upload content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringes others’ rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not use the service to send spam or collect data without consent.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for content submitted by contributors. Video retention periods may apply depending on tier.
